non-execution of services will not cause
renouncement of the commissions and charges. |

Should the documentary credit prescribe
that our commissions and charges are to
be borne by the beneficiary and should the
beneficiary refuse to bear them, we reserve
the right to charge them to the opening
bank. |

postage or cable charges, taxes, stamp duties
and any other out-of-pocket expenses will
be added to the commissions indicated in
the current tariff. |
